Obviously he has an anger issue, but generally people don't just spout off like that unless you provoke them. What set this fellow off? He's just one of those idiots who always has to bitch about things of which he knows little or nothing, and those things are usually either death metal or liberal politics. Since, at the time, he was my friend (despite my being a lefty death-head), I kept calmly and kindly asking him to stop. This dude - let's call him Cheeseboy - is well over twice my age, so I didn't want to bruise his ego by saying 'quit your bitching, because it's goddamn annoying.' So it boiled down to him being unable to deal with people who disagree with him. One vendor actually banned him from his shop because he's got such a shitheaded attitude. Said vendor has actually turned people away because he suspected they were purchasing on Cheeseboy's behalf. Many of his friends are profusely apologetic about his behavior, and he has had similar spats with many people over similarly inconsequential nuances. I was perfectly willing to set differences aside and be cool with Cheeseboy again until he made that snide little 'you were not born here' comment. And this guy wonders why he's such a failure with women. Ha! I think slowing the flow of illegal immigration will help to up the legal flow. Then it's a win, win. Dammit, Sharkie, dammit... how many times do I have to tell you to put the crack pipe down? How would slowing the process down do any good? I have an aunt and uncle who got their Social Security cards a year ago and are purchasing some property as we speak. They are fully legal and can only be deported if convicted of a felony. It took them SEVENTEEN GODDAMN YEARS to do things the 'right and proper' way. When you consider that many foreigners come here so their kids can go to decent schools and whatnot, the whole legal process seems kind of self-defeating, don't you think? Hence the huge flow of mojados.

Well, I guess some people are just like that. It's a shame that Mr. Cheeseboy here can't reason with anyone, because often times you learn the most about your own ideals through others' (opposing views). And he gives us Republicans a bad name . -Kerrick edit: I like death metal too

Well, I don't think anyone really would argue the borders need beefing up, but security issues are a big government problem, considering it our lofty politicians who are incredibly delusional (not to mention stuck in a permanent form of denial) that they think our borders, power plants, military bases, airports, are in good hands. It seems easier for them to suppress evidence they aren't, or fire whistle blowers or discount any contrarian reports to their own "progress" than rectify the situation.
So I would say the security issue is far larger than "mexican immigrants." Last I looked, though, no mexicans had committed any terrorist acts on US soil.
But, Brett, you maybe onto something there bro! Interesting.
And Professor, man, that "friend" of yours sounds like a knee-jerk reactionary with his pulse on the beat of a dead cow, lol!
Unfortunately this immigration debate and protests have brought out the worst, most racist bigotry in some of "middle america" it seems...

Dude I don't think you quite got the jist of what I'm saying. I'm saying that if the flow of illegal immigrants were somehow slowed then the flow of legal immigrants, like your relatives, and that process can be sped up. Then, by making it easier for legal immigration more would actually take that path and further slow illegal immigration. I think that maybe the momentum towards this could be kicked started by both better border control and increased and easier legal immigration. I don't know mang, it could work!! LOL

But two very important points are keeping me from taking you seriously. In order for that to do that, you must A. Spell 'gist' properly. B. Put the crack pipe down. Call me when you get those down.

LOL That's an interesting view on the subject. I've never heard that before (then again, I live under a rock...) but I think it's a valid point nonetheless. However, I don't know how realistic it is. They're trying pretty hard to watch the borders, and "easier legal immigration" sounds nice, but I'm sure it's much more difficult to execute. Either way they have to do something, we'll just have to wait and see exactly what that something is. -Kerrick

I also happen to know he rolls his peyote Cheet-os in Cookies-and-Cream while dancing the Irish Jig (Riverdance).

And to top it all off, he likes Kamelot.
You're certainly a questionable character, Brettboy.

From the original thread of Immigration which morphed into a discussion on the questionable interests of Brett and his penchant for ice-cream covered riverdance porno-graphic choreography! lol

A live CD and DVD for the price of a CD. Friggin cool! GO SHARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a killer seat No? I mean while we were going off topic... I really wanted to talk about immigrating European Hockey Players.

Very cool pic! I've never been to a hockey game, but I've heard that they're way cool. As for Kamelot/Sonata Artica, I agree. My friend likes Kamelot, but I think they're kind of boring, but Sonata Artica is awesome. I have their 4 studio albums (my favorite is Silence) but no live ones. Oh, and ice-cream is my favorite food. -Kerrick
