everytime I listen to these albums is that they don't get played on the hard rock radio stations... Maybe they do somewhere, but the hard rock station here doesn't. Their stuff is better than 99% of the mainstream stuff out there, yet it would still fit into the format. I'm sure that people would love "Monster", "Taste", "I Don't Need"...plus "Perfect Star", "Home", and "Realize". Guys would eat up the heavier stuff, girls would swoon to the ballads and be calling in constantly with approval. Well, IMO anyway. I've been wanting to go down to the station with my copies and try to convince them, but being that they're a bit older now...they'll probably frown on them... When the new one comes out, I will go down there and shove it down their throats till they play it... ;D Seth

Yeah, one of the things I love about Engine is the heaviness mixed with catchy hooks. If their stuff was played on the radio, I think it would do pretty well.

no offense, but I think you will be wasting your time. Mainstream media does not care what people think, they play what they are told to play.

Engine aint commercial enough to get airplay. best thing to do is to advertise them as much as possible. I used to host a podcast radio show. If i can get someone to lend me the webspace, i'd love to start a new one, and if i do, with the permission i will make sure Fates AND Engine gets played. Long live the Ray. <3

Well, there is a radio that does, although it is not a mainstream radio station (here I would agree with nkissfan, that would be a waste of time): www.metalexpressradio.comThe songs are on the server. Of course, they are buried among 25,000 other tracks, but the radio has Live DJs online almost every day that play requests. So you can request the songs and through this make sure they are played...
