The Texas band's (not from a town called Midland, though) third album, but first for a major label.
67% re-recordings from the 2nd indie album, but a significant improvement production-wise. (Hint, they'd be new to people who haven't heard the band before)
the other 33% are excellent new songs worth the full price of the cd. Hope I can convince a number of you folks to grab this.

I do like the one song I've heard on the radio, can't remember the name now though. My stepson brought up the video for it too which is pretty cool. Interesting sound, little bit retro, little bit 'nu'...but unique. Might check it out eventually, hopefully the stepson will buy it so I can continue my quest for all folk/viking metal ever made!!... ;D Have gotten some new stuff lately with little time to post about them, one thread coming though about one I just bought.

"Dance of the Manatee", Seth.
Manatee does NOT mean the water mammal.

I got an EP from the site I write reviews for and have to say that I didn't really care for the band much at all.
I'll have to borrow the full length disc that the site owner reviewed positively to see if I'm just missing something.
