Frozen has got a nice atmoshpere and at least a handful of great songs. Some things you can´t say about the other albums.
There´s a word called selecitivty, i hope i got it right. Do i have to explain what it means? You guys seem to dig just about antyhing that a band puts out. That make your tips i r r e l e v a n t.

Not really, because some albums take longer for me to acquire a taste for than others. Crimson is a good example. I didn't enjoy it outside of two songs at first, but it grew on me. Same with The Cold White Light. Thinking I like everything a band puts out just because it's that band is ridiculous, or did you not see my post about Amok? @shark: I'll remember that, thanks Edit: So you're basically saying that, because I'm open-minded about music, my opinions don't matter?

This is not what i´m saying. Thinking five King Diamond albums are great is overkill IMO. Only t w o bands in the history of rock/metal have made four or possibly five great cd´s. Queensrÿche and Fates Warning.

Cold White Light, Frozen, and Amok. Crimson has its moments. Like the part about my hate turning out stronger than my love for her ever did.
If you like Amok, check out The Black League, Tanelli Jarva's post-Sentenced band.
Now, boys, calm down. Only ONE person here is always right, and his name is 'Olaznog the Cocknazi.'
NO COCK FOR YOU!

I've only heard their last three albums, and stopped liking them after a while, so I was never compelled to seek out their back catalog (but will probably get Amok or Down sooner or later). From what I've heard, The Cold White Light is by far their best (but make sure to at least check out the video to "Killing Me, Killing You" from Crimson). I find them a bit one-note with too much self-conscious emphasis on gloom and doom that's always delivered in the exact same way. The Cold White Light songs do differ from each other enough to almost nullify that problem.
However, I feel like eventually their followers such as The Rasmus and Entwine may end up producing a superior total body of work, because they seem to evolve and grow from album to album more than Sentenced did on their final, more pop-metal oriented stage.
