I love it. I'm what internet people would call a "DT Fan-boy". I love all DT's stuff. I think this album is awesome. Definitely not their best album, but in my eyes it's still a good 10/10.

I will agree wholeheartedly, not just on 8VM being a great album, but also about Dream Theater's work being generally solid. I don't know about you, but I think that Falling Into Infinity is EXTREMELY underappreciated.

Ok, time to kill this myth. Falling Into Infinity is, obviously, NOT underrated. Does anyone here dislike it? I know no one who dislikes it. My prog-friend (the only friend i have who´s into prog metal) loves it and think DTs other albums are crappy in comparison.
Which is each-to his-own-"wrong". It´s also mozart vs non-mozart wrong, music can be math and quality CAN and SHOULD be meassured.
