Greetings Okay.. First... I hope all who celebrate the holiday, had a wonderful Thanksgiving. For those of us who are carnivorous... hope you didn't eat too much turkey... For those of us who are herbivores... hope you didn't eat too much corn I am thankful that my dad is a kick ass cook. We FEASTED! Also thankful for, of course, Fates and the friends I've made through an appreciation of them. For music, my family, my little dude (specifically), my furry feline friend, MIDI, and chocolate! Seriously, though... I do try to sit back and ponder upon the things I value in life. Just too much to list here, and some things I could get in trouble for... I am NOT thankful for rib fractures. They hurt like a bitch, and they hurt ALL the time. My first official broken anything (other than my heart, of course). So if my posts seem a bit *off*... you can blame the Extra Strength Vicodin! bwahahaha

You could always send me vicodin.
As for myself, my thanksgiving wasn't too bad. I myself have a lot to be thankful for. And you are right there is way to much to list, like my health, being able to walk, and breath properly. It can take all day to list LOL. And yeah, I have a few of those things I could get into trouble for too LOL.
But I do hope you start to feel better with your rib. Is there anyway I can kiss it to make it feel better??

I got something you can kiss! hehe! I had a great Thanksgiving. Did a lot of driving. Ate so much of my Mom's Turkey I almost busted something...Maybe a rib? hmm Broken ribs are tough because you have to breathe, so there's always something going on there. So I hope you feel better soon Colleen, in the meantime take lots of drugs. I am Thankful that my Dad is still alive. He's 81 and he just had 2 more stents put in. But he's still having angina and some heart palpitations so every moment seems so important. I talk to him by phone everyday but nothing is like seeing him. He's a great guy and a great father, when he does go it's gonna be a big void. He still went out and played golf with me and my friend Jennifer on Friday. He didn't push it though. Dude's a Stud! I went and saw Metallica and Godsmack in Anaheim while I was in So Cal too. I'm thankful that I am alive and kicking and living in America! Where anything is possible. I hope everyone else's Thanksgiving was as fun as mine.

Same to you Colleen, hope your ribs feel better and heal up good. Sorry to hear about your dad Shark. I'm not looking forward to those scenarios with my parents, but it's good he's still active.
On a brighter note..I saw Godsmack live on TV and was quite impressed. I'm not much of a fan, but Sully sounded great live...better I think than recorded. He also played a dual drum solo with the drummer on another set that really rocked.
Have a good one folks...Seth

Yeah, I dig Godsmack. Shannon Larkin is a kickass drummer, and when Sully and him do their thing it's really cool. And Sully has some serious lungs. They put on a great live show too. I think they are a solid Metal act. At this concert, though cool, it wasn't the whole show. No Battle of the drums this time.
