Jamie Scott - VAIN Poll

For those who might not be familiar with Jamie Scott, he is the lead guitar player of the legendary San Franscisco Glam Metal band VAIN. They are considered to be the most technical of the Glam hordes. I know it sounds weird but it's true. Check it out below
I feel like FWX was missing something. I'm not sure what. Disconnected had a great fluid electronic sound to it and I really liked that direction.
I disagree, Mike. While I enjoyed Disconnected (One and Still Remains, to this day, still are absolute favs from FW), I thought X was a great record that had a nice balance of aggressive, progressive and even mainstream hard rock/metal. I really hope the new record continues with that balance.

Don't know if anyone still checks these boards... but I remember a few folks here liked Orphaned Land. They got a "teaser" of their upcoming album up on youtube:
You beat me to the punch on this by 2 days, just got on to post the link...
Holy Shit does that sound great, I'm so looking forward to hearing it! If it's even close to as good as "Mabool", it will be another masterpiece from these guys. Good 'old Steven Wilson producing and and throwin' in some keys should take it to another level even.
Hope things are going good with you, I'll shoot you an email when I have a chance!
